The Frost Girls: Nashville Children's Photographer

I have been photographing the Frost family since there was only one little girl to take pictures of and it is killing me to see how grown they are getting! We met up this evening for a quick shoot and the lighting was perfect. I have to say that this is the easiest shoot with them that I've ever had--it went great! Isabelle, Emma, and Sophie are ridiculously beautiful and so very sweet.  When we took this first shot, I told their mom we could quit right there. How precious are they?

And I'm so happy that there is a BOY in that belly! This is the last time I can title their blog "Frost Girls." Yay!

Great to see you and the girls, Brittney! I can't wait to meet Luke.  :)

Mena, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Miss Mena was back for her 6 month photos today and was so HAPPY. She was in such a sweet mood and made the shoot super easy for me. I was so glad that her mom made a couple of cute hats for her session, and Mena's outfits were stinking adorable.  The red chair she is sitting in was her grandfather's--love that.

Here's a few faves.

Julie & Tim Nashville Maternity Photographer

Julie and Tim are expecting their first baby--a girl--in just a few short weeks! I had the best time with them both this morning and it could not have been a more beautiful day for their shoot. I loved Jule's hair accessories and she was rocking those boots! I also hate her for not having any stretch marks on that cute belly...  ;)

It was so great to meet you both. I look forward to meeting Ashlyn in November!

Dorothy & Brian: Nashville Wedding Photographer (Cedarwood)

Dorothy and Brian got married yesterday at one of my favorite venues, Cedarwood. The weather was absolutely PERFECT and the bride and groom were so mellow. You could tell that they were both just soaking up everything about their day and knew that they were supposed to be in the moment. It made for a very calm, relaxed atmosphere and the staff at Cedarwood was amazing with every last detail.

The bride's grandmother loved butterflies, so there were little accents throughout that reflected that. In lieu of favors, they made a donation to the Michael J. Fox Foundation in honor of Dorothy's grandmother, who suffered from Parkinson's Disease.

I had to keep telling Brian it was ok to get close to Dorothy--I think he was afraid to mess her up.   ;)

Dorothy's father officiated the ceremony, which gave it an extra special meaning.

I love this group shot of the wedding party cracking up...

The first dances...

The kids completely took over the dance floor. They were entertainment for everyone!

Congratulations Brian and Dorothy! I hope you two love your preview and have an awesome time in Jamaica!!  :)

Toben, 3 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Ummm...seriously?!?  If you don't have a baby, this shoot will cause you to want one. So, if you don't want one--stop here.

Toben was ADORABLE for his entire shoot today. He is so talkative and has the sweetest little voice, not to mention he is just beautiful! I am just in love with that sock shot (and I really hope you use that as your Christmas card Elayne & Emeka). This family was just so fun to work with---and had great fashion sense.   ;)

Enjoy the preview!

Greer, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Sweet Greer came in for his 2nd shoot with today and was just as sweet as the last time I saw him. He was so easy to get smiles out of and has the most mellow personality. Big brother Davis liked me WAY more than last time and even hugged me today. Whoo hoo!

We took some family shots, but Mom mentioned Christmas cards, so I'm not going to post any of those. (She embroidered all of the outfits you see below, so let me know if you want her contact information!)

Vella, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Vella was back for her 6 month shoot this morning and she is so stinking cute! She was in a fabulous mood and showing off how she is now a pro at sitting up. She will be crawling in no time (and make my job much harder for next time).  As expected, her mom did not disappoint with all the crazy cute outfits. Too much!!  :)

Here's a few favorites...

Isaac, 12 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer

Isaac made his studio debut today at 12 days old...and over 9 whopping pounds! I'm still not quite sure how Angela birthed this baby and is already back into her skinny jeans (it's ok to hate her...I kinda do).   ;)   Isaac was so milk drunk that he passed out and didn't so much as whimper during his session...until Dad decided he wanted some shots with his eyes open and proceeded to do everything in his power to wake him up. Ha ha.

It was so good to meet you Angela and Chuck. Isaac was the perfect baby model today!
