Cassidy

Cassidy's mom brought her in today for a mini-session to get a photo for her 1st birthday invitation. I think it's safe to say it was a success. She was in GREAT mood and gave me all smiles. This may be a hard decision Karen!!   :)

Kami...

Kami has been bringing her precious little girl to me for photographs for awhile now, but today she decided to take advantage of our Valentine's Day special and surprise her hubby with a smokin' boudoir session. She was looking HOT and we got some incredible images of her. Now the hard part is keeping them a secret from her husband for a couple weeks--don't cave Kami!!

Kami gave me permission to post these--and why not--she is gorgeous! And she has a 1-year-old?!? It's ok to hate her...  ;)

Thanks to our awesome stylist Kelly for a great job on Kami's hair and makeup.

I ♥ Faces: "Texture"

I knew right away what image I wanted to use for this week's theme. It doesn't get much cuter than this...

Cooper

I was very excited to meet Cooper today. His mom and big brother, Brooks, brought him in for his 9-month shoot. Isn't he just adorable?!? He was not a fan of getting his picture made, but he didn't know how fast I am with a camera--I even managed to catch the few smiles he threw my way! Of course, we had to snap a few images of Mom and Brooks as well.

It was great meeting you, Amy. Enjoy the sneak peek!

From Amy:

"I got my pictures today! I LOVE them!  I can't even begin to decide what to do with these. I love the three panel you made and the ones that aren't black and white but not color either I love those! I saw in the doctor's office a cool panel you did that looked like it had like six photos on it. Anyway, I am going to look at these and try to decide fav's. I want you to do them for me because I want it to be nice and I love what you have in the doc's office and in your studio. Thanks so much! You have an amazing gift!"

Jess and Steve

Jess is one of my dearest friends and she is marrying a man I introduced her to.  :)  She and her fiance, Steve, wanted to do a vintage theme for their save the dates and we came up with a FREAKING FANTASTIC plan. Since they do not want me to post their image before their guests receive them, I will have to wait to share it with you. It is one of my favorite images EVER!

However, I can share a some other of my favorites from this afternoon. Jess is wearing Steve's grandmother's dress--awwwwww. That Thunderbird was just parked in a lot and a man let us go into his closed antique store for that tv room shot. How perfect could this shoot get--we had so much fun!

Jess and Steve are so in love with each other and I am beyond thrilled for them. Love you guys (and you can name your first born after me to thank me)!

Tim James

Tim James came in today needing new headshots/music promos. He is nominated for a Grammy this year for a song he wrote for Trace Atkins ("All I Ask for Anymore"). I'm not a big fan of country music, but I was impressed. ;)

I had a great time with you, Tim! I hope you love your preview. Oh, and my husband wants to know if you can get him a drumming gig...ha ha ha!

*Thanks to Paula for shadowing and assisting today. I hope you learned something!

The Taylor Family

Jim, Connie, Zach, and Conner all are talent with The Block Agency and needed to get new headshots. I just don't think it's fair for one family to have this many beautiful people in it! Zach and Conner could go from laughing to completely serious as soon as I told them to--it was so funny. You can tell they are little actors...  :)

Here's their sneak peek!

Tracy wins!

Tracy was the winner of our boudoir drawing and came in today to claim her free shoot. This was my first time photographing her, and she was absolutely beautiful! She recently lost around 40 pounds and looks amazing. She was so at ease in front of the camera and we got some gorgeous images. Her friend and makeup artist, Heidi, came with her--so of course we had to do a fun shot of the two of them.

I hope you love them, Tracy. I had so much fun with you today!

Wyatt

Sweet Wyatt was back today for his 2nd shoot with me. He is almost 4 months old and still so stinking cute! He was making us work trying to him to crack a smile, but we managed to steal a couple. He had just discovered his tongue, so we got a ton of him sticking it out. Ha ha.

Here's his preview...

I ♥ Faces: "We are Family"

This shot is one of my favorite family shots ever. I asked Mom and Dad to kiss, and this is the reaction the kids gave me. I smile every time I see it!

Kimberli

Kimberli came in today for a fun senior portrait session. She is absolutely stunning and so great in front of the camera. I had a blast with her shoot! Her brother, Joey, came along and proved to be quite good at making her laugh. A couple of men in a passing truck stopped outside to tell Kim that she was "looking good"...how do you think her big brother reacted to that?!? It was quite funny.  ;)

Kim--I hope you LOVE your pictures! Here are a few favorites....

*Thanks to Sylvia with Seriously Foxy for another fabulous job on hair and makeup!
