Lydia has to be one of the most alert newborns ever. After 3 hours, she was still wide awake--but luckily extremely mellow. She just wanted to take everything in with those pretty eyes. I couldn't believe it when her Mom told me she didn't find out she was pregnant until she was 5 months along...after she called her doctor thinking she had kidney stones! What a story! :)
Don't be fooled, she only closed her eyes for a minute. ;)
She was peeing down Mom's dress in this shot. Ha ha.
Look at those eyes! Dad is wrapped already.
This is so special because the outfit and rosary were her late grandfather's.
Mom wanted the teacup shot and we worked hard for it. So glad we were able to do it!
