Reese, 3 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

At 3 months old, Reese is a tiny little peanut! She was such a sweet baby this morning and tolerated her first shoot with me like a pro. She gave me the best smiles and successfully made me want to grab her and snuggle her. Here's her sneak peek!  :)

Ashley & Jason: Nashville Maternity Photographer

Ashley and Jason are expecting their first baby--a girl--in April and came in for a maternity session this afternoon. These two were a blast to work with and so easygoing! Ashley is a knockout and looks amazing with that belly. Jason was a good sport even though he claimed he didn't like having his picture made (I didn't believe it for a second. He was having way too much fun.)  ;)

I am looking forward to meeting Miss Emory in April. It was great meeting you two!

Hanna: Nashville Child Photographer

Hanna had her very first session with me this morning and she could not have been more adorable! She brought along her favorite tiger (which she was going nuts over) and watching her play with him was so funny. She did such a great job and I loved trying to get her to laugh. What a sweetheart!

Enjoy her preview.  :)

Addy is Two?!? Mt. Juliet Child Photographer

Addyson has come a long way since her tiny 5lb newborn session. She is a feisty little thing and I'm pretty sure she gets that from her mom. Ha ha. There were no shortage of outfits for this little princess at her home this afternoon and she was ready to be bribed with M&M's and a ring pop. Hey--whatever works, right?

Loved seeing you Wendy & Brian! Here are a few faves...

The Hiltons: Nashville Child Photographer

It's been over a year since I have seen this sweet family and the kiddos have grown SO much. Little Vivienne just turned 2 and is uber girly, Cody is a little cheeseball, and Turner looks way older than his 9 years. We had a great time goofing around the studio and even managed to snap some shots of mom and dad too.

Great seeing you all again!

Ruby Jane, 3 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

The scrumptious Ruby Jane had her 3 month session this morning and she was showing off that happy personality of hers. She got through her session at lightening speed and then she was ready for her nap. I know Mom and Dad were worried we didn't get a smile with the family shots, but I am a quick shot!  ;)

That first image of her in the fairy wings is enough to make anyone want a baby (admit it, you are dying here).

Ella, 9 months: Franklin Baby Photographer

Today took me to Franklin to photograph Ella's 9 month session. I arrived an hour early. Ha ha. After her mom freaked, I ran a couple errands and came back. Ella was nothing but smiles and showed me how she can crawl all over the place. I love the shots of her eating her bunny (which she goes completely nuts over) and in the family shot she is showing me how she does "touchdown!" Adorable.

Sadie, 9 months: Smyrna Baby Photographer

My second stop today was at Sadie's house for her 9 month session. She is getting so big and was in a fantastic mood when I arrived. Mom and Dad had several items that they wanted to incorporate into their session, including a jet ski--which Sadie looks like she already loves!

Here's a few favorites...

Carter, 1 year: Murfreesboro Baby Photographer

Carter had a very busy weekend! He celebrated his first birthday on Saturday and had a huge party to celebrate. You'd think this little man would be worn out, but he woke up from a cat nap as soon as I got to his house and was ready to play. He was all over the place and just had too much to do to sit still. He LOVED his cake and was not happy when we took it away. Ha ha.

Amy and Mark, I have loved photographing Carter's first year. Hope you enjoy your preview.  :)

Jenni & Grant: Murfreesboro, TN Wedding Photographer

The word stunning is used often when describing brides, but that is the only word that could do justice to what I thought when I saw Jenni yesterday. I was so excited to be able to photograph her wedding since she is a great friend of mine. She and Grant have been together forever, and the time was finally right for them to take the plunge. They decided (after some long consideration) to see each other before the ceremony. When Grant turned and saw Jenni standing in front of him, they both lost it. It was such a beautiful moment and very obvious that these two share an intense connection.

The day was everything they hoped it would be. All of the final details came together and created a romantic and relaxed atmosphere at Maple Street Uncorked. From the candle-lit room, to the rose petal covered tables, it was a dream. There wasn't a dry eye during their intimate ceremony when they both struggled through tears to say their vows. It was beautiful.

Grant and Jenni, thank you for trusting me to photograph this wonderful day. I am thrilled for you both. I love you guys and if you don't hang these photos all over your new house (huge, please) I will have to kill you.   :)

Right after they see each other for the first time...

I told Jenni and Grant that I was driving them somewhere for some quick shots and to just trust me. This is the only time the sun came out the whole day and it was just perfect. (Even though Jenni tore her dress, but after I showed her the shots she said that tiny tear was worth it).  ;)

They can't all be sweet images...

My favorite shot from their first dance. Anyone can see how in love these two are.
