Henry Ellis, 26 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer {Middle TN Newborn Photographer}

Henry may never understand how much he was wanted! After years of struggling with infertility, a failed adoption, and other heartbreaks in between, this family finally has their baby! We had to wait a bit longer for his session since his parents had to bring him back to TN after their adoption, so I was a bit worried he wouldn't be as cooperative since he's a bit "older." He couldn't have been a better baby--even his stinkyness couldn't put a damper on the day. ;)

Thomas Hamilton, 20 dyas: Nashville Newborn Photographer {Nashville Adoption Photographer}

Hamilton is a little older than most of the newborns I see because his parents had to go to FL to bring this beautiful boy to his forever home! He started off wide awake and even though he was very mellow, I wasn't sure we were going to get those sweet sleepy images. However, he crashed about 30 minutes in and was sweet putty in my hands.

He is just perfect, Dee & Ben.

Rhys, 4 weeks: Nashville Newborn Photographer

Miss Rhys is a little older than my typical newborns and put up a big fight during her session today. She already knows what she likes--and being messed with while she is trying to sleep is not on the list. Her dads really wanted the frog pose and we had to work extra hard to get it. I told them their patience would be rewarded.  ;) Isn't she absolutely gorgeous???

Brooklynn, 1 year: Nashville Baby Photographer {Middle TN Adoption Photographer}

 I have very much enjoyed watching Miss Brooklynn grow over the past year. Today was her first birthday and I am very thankful I got to spend it with her. It was also extremely special because her birth mother came along to watch the session. What a great way to celebrate her day--such a fantastic family.

Adéle, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Another 3 months gone by, and Miss Adéle is 9 months old. How is that possible? Adéle's mom brought in the cutest swimsuit I have ever seen and I am in love with those shots. Seriously too much for me (especially the sad face...think it is my favorite ever of her). Sydney and Doug also brought in Adéle's birth mother, Kristen, today and it was wonderful to meet her as well. What a special relationship this beautiful family has.

Adele, 10 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer

Not only did I fall in love with sweet Adele, but her beautiful story as well. On the day her parents filled out all of their official paperwork to become available as adoptive parents, a birth mother approached them about taking her baby girl. Sweet Adele was welcomed into this world 10 days ago and given to her Mommy and Daddy. Their amazing network of friends also have babies around the same age and have been donating breastmilk to this family to try and give Adele the best possible start. I think that is just awesome!!

It was so great meeting your family Sydney. Congratulations again on this precious baby girl. Hope you love your preview.  :)
