Mela, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Hey guys! I am just going to post today's shoots super fast because I am SLAMMED trying to get photos out for everyone. Sorry I'm not writing as much as usual!

Here is sweet Mela and big brother Lincoln...

Ensleigh, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Ensleigh came in for her 9 month session and she is still just a tiny little peanut! She is one of the easiest babies ever. She was in a wonderful mood her whole session...until the end when we put the knit poncho on her. She looked precious in it, but hated having her arms confined. You guys know I am a sucker for those funny expressions. Ha ha ha.

Caroline, 3 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Usually, when an adorable baby comes in I don't start smooching him/her for fear the parents may never bring them back to me. However, today I got to plant tons of kisses on these chubby little cheeks. My cousin brought sweet Caroline back in for her 3 month session this morning and I could seriously eat her up. We had a rough start, but after some gas drops we were breezing through her shoot. How adorable is she?!?

The lip slays me.

Izzie, a whole year old: Nashville Baby Photographer

Sweet Isidora just celebrated her first birthday and had her party yesterday. We had our own little after-party this morning and Izzie didn't make a peep the whole shoot! She was a trooper when we ventured out into the freezing cold temperatures (we had flurries!) and gave me the cutest little smiles. I am going to miss seeing her so often, but I told mom and dad to hurry up and get on baby #2.   ;)

Happy Birthday Izzie!!

Vella, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Miss Vella had her 9 month session this morning and I can't believe how long her hair is getting! She has more hair than some 2 year-olds I see. Ha ha. She was not too happy with us today and we had to work hard and be sneaky to get her out of mom's arms, but you'd never know it from these shots. I just love the little rolls on her thighs.   :)

Angela: Nashville Boudoir Photographer

Angela has been talking FOREVER about coming in to do a sexy photo shoot for herself and she finally quit talking and actually did it. Ha ha. We started off with a few shots with her beautiful kiddos, then sent them packing. Angela claimed that she was not photogenic...ummm. Yeah. I'll let you be the judge.  ;)

(p.s. Not many ladies want these photos to be blogged, but Angela gave the OK.  Who wouldn't when they look like this?)

The Coopers: Nashville Family Photographer

Jodi is my daughter Averie's preschool teacher and I just LOVE her to pieces! This is the second year she has been our teacher and I can't say enough great things about her. I am going to be so sad that we can't have her next year (keep moving up with her Jodi!!). I was very excited to meet her family today for their first shoot with me. The kids were so well behaved and we had a great time hanging out during their session.

Hope you guys love your preview!   :)

Kadence, Karys, & Faith: Nashville Child Photographer

When these girls come in, I know we are going to laugh and have a great shoot. They are are just gorgeous and today we had a blast at the studio. I was given a little head's up before the shoot that if one of them is gassy they call it "fried apples."  Of course, the first thing I did when we got ready to start photos is say, "Hmmmm. Do you guys smell fried apples?" Laughter ensued and it didn't stop until the end of the session.

Here are some of my favorites of these cuties!

Niles turns one! Nashville Baby Photographer

Another one of my sweet babies has (almost) hit the one year mark! Niles has been so much fun to photograph over the last year. I love that his parents brought in the same hard hat that we used at his newborn session to get a comparison shot. Isn't it just crazy how much they change and grow during their first year?!? Niles was in such a fantastic mood today and we ended on a wonderful note.

Happy Birthday little man!

The Christmas Card 2010

Those of you that have been my blog stalkers for awhile know that we like to be a little different with our Christmas cards. Ok...we're nuts--so our cards have to reflect that. This year I made my family get up at sunrise--on a Sunday-- to meet Krista at Cedarwood to shoot these. I knew exactly what I wanted to do and it worked out perfectly! My hubby and kiddos are awesome for putting up with my crazy ideas.

I ordered the first batch with the front and back swapped, so some of you lucky clients will get one in the mail with your disk if you have a shoot this month.  ;)

Enjoy!
