Nora, 10 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

I had so much fun with Nora this morning! She was so funny and combined with that gorgeous face, her parents are in big trouble. I had her laughing up a storm and those crystal clear eyes were melting me. It was so great to see you again Daniel & Caroline! 

Calleigh, 1 year: Nashville Baby Photographer

Miss Calleigh Rhea is O-N-E! She followed me all around the studio today trying to share her drink. She's just the sweetest little lady. I have so enjoyed documenting her first year. What a difference!!

I was dying over those "mean faces" that M & M were giving me this morning. We had to get a shot of everyone in their football gear since it's a house divided. Ha ha!

Sam & John: Murfreesboro Engagement Photographer

 When I met with Sam to discuss photographing her wedding, I thought she was a doll. I got to meet John last night for their engagement session and it makes me so excited that they chose me to photograph this special time. These two are high school sweethearts and are just adorable together! Since their wedding will be a more rustic/woodsy setting, they wanted a more urban look for their e-session. We had so much fun!

 And yes, all of my clients are extremely good-looking.

What are your favorite "together" activities?

Netflix-ing, Card games, Travel, Crafts/DIY

Where was your first date? What did you do?

We were in high school - We went to a haunted house and corn maze. (And my

mom had to drive us! Ha.)

Where did your proposal take place?

Atlanta, Georgia

What makes him/her sexy to you? 

His intelligence, creativity, and humor. He will solve any problem, and he

helps me see things logically when I get too emotional and frustrated! He

keeps me grounded. Also, he is a great cook. Physically - his eyes.

She is smart, and is a very hard worker. dedicated to what ever task she

takes, she'll give 100% until the end. And she is goofy. Physically - her

eyes and smile is cute.

What is something memorable you have done together?

Went to Hawaii, graduated High School AND College together, travel travel

What do you both do for a living?

She is a middle school art teacher, he does audio production.

How would you describe your style?

Classic, conservative

Jesse Morgan & Alistair John, 21 days: Nashville Twin Newborn Photographer {Middle TN Newborn Twin Photographer}

Jesse & AJ were about as easy as it gets for a twin newborn session this afternoon. These boys are 3 weeks old, but we had to wait on their session since AJ had to spend some time in the NICU. SO glad all is well now and they are both home! AJ has been dubbed "The Spazmanian Devil" by his parents, but he showed them up and was a perfect model just like his brother. I could have posed these beautiful boys all day. So dreamy!!

It was so great to meet you Kyle & Shelly (and Judy)!

This guitar was their great-grandfather's--who is also Jesse's namesake (on top of the guitar).

Ivy Odessa, 12 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer {Middle TN Newborn Photographer}

Meet Ivy Odessa (I'm kinda in love with her name). This girl loved to be swaddled up and also pooped on every single set. Ha ha! She looks just like her big brother, Oliver. Two cutie pies! It was so great to meet their whole family.

Cassidy & Alex: Smyrna, TN Engagement Photographer

I woke up yesterday morning to rain, but waited it out a bit to see if it would clear up. After calling Cassidy and seeing that there was an 80% chance of rain when we were scheduled to shoot, we decided to postpone. Fast forward a couple of hours and there was only a 5% chance of rain now, so I called her again and we were back on!

Then...a few hours later... it was raining... again. 

However, Cassidy was already dressed and showers were sporadic, so we decided to chance it. I am SOOO happy we did, because we got this gorgeous, ominous sky and even caught the end of a rainbow!! It was raining again by the time we were wrapping up, but so worth it.

What is one word people would use to describe you as a couple?

Fun

What are your favorite "together" activities?

We love to travel. Every year we've been together we've gone on multiple

trips. We also love to watch college football and eat good food!

Where was your first date? What did you do?

Alex took me to a Predators game on our first date. Before we left for the

game he came over and made me a homemade dinner.  Even though I hated what

he made, he got major brownie points for actually cooking for me instead of

taking me out to a restaurant and I choked it down because I was already

crazy about him. (PSA: Alex is actually a great chef, I just didn't like

that particular recipe)

Where did your proposal take place?

At home and my mom was involved. It was so special.

What makes him/her sexy to you? 

Cassidy: His ambition and drive is incredibly sexy to me. He challenges me and makes

me laugh every single day. Plus he's got that incredibly sexy, slightly

crooked smile. I love it.

Alex: Besides her rocking body I think her sense of humor is sexy. I find her

sexy when we are just hanging out laughing together.

What is something memorable you have done together?

One day, while we were both still in college and waiting tables, we got

this crazy idea that we should go to Disney World. 3 months later we were

there! Which is pretty impressive for a couple of servers.

What do you both do for a living?

Cassidy is an 8th grade teacher and dance coach.

Alex is a full time student and server at Jim and NIcks BBQ - where we met!

How would you describe your style?

Southern, sophisticated and simple
