Bella Alessandra, 11 dyas: Nashville Newborn Photographer

Bella was a perfect gem this morning. We got through her session so fast and I was excited it was finally warm enough to take her outside for a couple shots in the flowers. So pretty! I can't wait for her family to see more!

Hadley, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

I'm happy to report that Hadley liked me (for the most part) today. Hooray! I always have so much fun with these kiddos. Aren't they such a beautiful family??

Ellie & Liam, 18 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

I met up with the Madish clan last night to do one more session before surprise baby #3 arrives! Liam and Ellie are so busy and we had fun climbing steps, running around, and picking dandelions. I can't wait to meet their new baby brother or sister when it arrives!!

Korbin, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Don't let this guy fool you! He made me work hard this morning, but it was totally worth it. Korbin was stingy with those smiles, but that made the ones he cracked even more rewarding. Sweet boy!

Murray, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Murray's session was sports themed today! His mom had all of her bases covered (see what I did there?). He was a cutie as usual!

Lydia, 1 year: Nashville Baby Photographer

Today I got to spend part of Lydia's birthday with her! She wasn't a big fan of her shoot or her cake, but I still loved every second with this sweet girl. I'm so sad that our first year together has come to an end, but I'm so thankful I was able to capture her milestones. Happy Birthday, Lydia!!

Garycen Olivia, 6 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer {Middle TN Newborn Photographer}

Graycen was so easy today and we got through so much so quickly! She is one of the smiliest newborns ever. I also said she is an old soul because once she woke up at the end, she just kept staring at me (and eye contact is tough with a newborn). I'm so happy I got to spend my morning with her!

Sixteen.

Sixteen years of being this beautiful boy's mom. 

He is pure goodness. He is kind. He is caring. He is so completely tender-hearted and considerate. 

 I can count on this kid for anything. He has taken care of me when I am sick. He watches over and protects his baby sister (when he is not driving her absolutely crazy). I love laughing with him. I love our music videos. I love how he isn't afraid to make a fool of himself.

He is talented. He is adventurous. He is a free spirit. He is sensitive. He is fearless.

He is in love. He lights up around her. 

He is goofy. He thinks he's funny...

He's driving and it terrifies me. In all honesty, he's done pretty well--minus those couple of incidents. ;)

He is wonderful. He is gorgeous inside and out.  He can also be an asshole, but he always apologizes after he's cooled off. He is an incredible human being. 

 He is the reason I am a mom. He made me love in a way I didn't know existed before him. We fight like crazy and annoy the hell out of each other. We also have a bond I can not describe. I love having time with just him. I love hearing his ideas. I love that he confides in me. I love that he doesn't tell me  everything. I am beyond proud of the person he is. 

Happy 16, Ian Gabriel. I can't remember life before you. I'm not sure how I ended up with such an amazing kid. Thank you for sixteen years of adventures. I can't wait for a lifetime more!! I love you baby boy. It's good to be your mommy.
