Harper is looking less like a baby and more like a little girl! Her Mom was telling me about her little tantrums and then I think Harper felt it was necessary to demonstrate. I found it quite hilarious and pretty typical for little ladies this age. She is still the cutest and happiest little gal and I loved seeing her and her parents today. :)
