Harlee Quinn was a born a week past her due date, but in under 3 hours! Her parents didn't know if they were having a boy or girl and dad mistakenly announced that she was a boy after seeing her cord upon delivery. This beautiful girl flashed those dimples several times this morning and big sister Callie is over the moon about her new baby.
