Chris and Madalyn

Chris and Madalyn tied the knot yesterday at Cheekwood. Outdoor weddings in July can be miserably hot, but it was 78 degrees yesterday and beautiful! The bride and groom were ridiculously cute together and both remained calm throughout the day (even when it was realized that the groom's ring was left at home)! In the end, the ring showed up and they had a sweet ceremony while the sun started to set.

Madalyn and Chris, I hope you have an amazing time in Negril. Enjoy your sneak peak. :)

2 months away...

You may remember Deanna from her engagement session back in May. Well, her wedding day is quickly approaching and we had to get her bridal portraits done. I was so glad the rain stayed away yesterday so we could do some outside shots, and they turned out beautifully! Don't worry--she's telling her hubby-to-be not to peek at the blog...

I will see you in September Deanna. :)

Jessica and Justin

Jessica and Justin are expecting baby Paisley next month, and they came in today to document that adorable belly! I had such a great time with these two--they were awesome sports and let me drag them around to some new spots. I think their shoot was a HUGE success. I just love the way these images turned out and hard a very difficult time picking ones to post.

The Vaughn Family

Cliff, Karen, Kylie, and Cassidy had their first shoot with me today. Cliff is actually my sister's husband's cousin (did you catch that?) and since my sister is a photographer in NC, she referred them to me. Thanks, Candy! :)

Kylie and Cassidy both have the prettiest eyes, and they were both so sweet and photogenic! Cassidy burst into tears one time when I picked her up--and made me feel terrible--but was in a great mood the rest of the shoot. Kylie was a supermodel and was giving me all kinds of attitude.

It was great meeting you all and I can't wait to work with you again!

AnnaKristen

AnnaKristen was a natural in front of the camera and we got a ton of wonderful shots today. She is wanting to get into modeling and acting--and I do not think she will have a hard time finding representation. She's stunning! She brought along her friends and we took a couple of cute group shots as well. Too fun!

Jess (and Ginger)

Jess is a local actress (and great friend of mine) represented by Talent Trek. She needed some updated headshots and brought along her man-friend Steve for a couple cute photos as well. We had fun running around in the rain and Jess is soooo easy to photograph. Look how beautiful she is!

The Maultsby Family

I had the honor of meeting Chris, Melanie, Kaylie, and Brayden today. They are a fabulous looking family! Brayden was a super happy baby, and I had a great time bribing Kylie with Skittles to let me take her picture. Ha ha. Check the eyes on these kids!!

Kansas has arrived!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This was a perfect newborn shoot. Kansas May is 8 days old and was so mellow and easy the entire shoot. I love her...no, really.
