I've been shooting Anne's little girls since their oldest was tiny, but I was excited to work with only Anne today. She recently started freelance writing for several places including Nashville Parent Magazine and needed some headshots. She told me she hasn't had any pictures done of her by herself since her senior photos in high school. I'm so glad we fixed that today! Isn't she gorgeous?

Lillian & Isaac, 7 months: Nashville Twin Photographer
Lillian and Isaac are almost 8 months old are were superstars today! I can't believe I actually got a family shot where everyone was smiling. Thanks goodness mom gave me the toy chicken that they love--ha ha. I couldn't believe how big these two have gotten in a few short months and they are so easy going. We had a great session!
Benjamin, 11 months: Nashville Baby Photographer
Jamie and Jonathan brought Benjamin in today and it had been way too long. I haven't photographed this sweet baby since he was 3 months old and he will turn 1 next month. He is so close to walking, but thankfully didn't give me too much trouble trying to get away. Those blue eyes got me again and even though he wasn't too fond of that hat, I think it's my favorite. :)
Here's his preview!

Kansas May, 18 months: Murfreesboro, TN Photographer
The ever-adorable Kansas May is 18 months old and we decided to go to her dance studio to grab a few shots in her tutu. Really?!? She was having so much fun playing that it didn't bother her at all this time that I was snapping away. We also let her run around outside--which she loved--and then ended the session with her playing rock star in front of her Daddy's equipment (love the attitude in that shot).
Loved hanging out with you guys this morning, Cindy! Hope K-May is getting a great nap. :)

Abby, 8 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer
Abby is our first newborn girl of the new year! She came in and was sound asleep, so we started off with Mom and Dad's request of the tea cup. I don't think a baby has ever been so easy for that shot--Abby didn't even stir! She was so cute with her chubby cheeks. We did eventually make her very mad trying to get the baseball image. It was worth it, I think. :)
Enjoy!

Peyton, 7 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer
I first shot the Miller family when they were expecting their little boy, Alex, back in 2008. I have been waiting anxiously to get my hands on their newest arrival. Since they didn't find out what they were having, I was extremely excited to find out they had another baby boy! Peyton Allen was born during the snow storm last Monday and is just as precious as his big brother. He was fighting his sleep today, but we still had a great shoot.
Congratulations again Kat, John, and Alex!! Peyton is perfect. :)
The Ogle Family: Nashville Photographer
Well, I have no idea how to even begin this post...
Yolanda came and saw me last year and surprised her hubby, Ron, with a boudoir session. After that, she managed to convince him and their son to come in for a family shoot. These guys were less than thrilled about having their photos taken...for about the first 5 minutes. Never have I seen a man more into a shoot than Ron! He was all about wanting to look like a rock star and said after this he'd better find an agent. I was cracking up the entire session. I think that even by the end, Jha'Sun was having a blast too. ;)
Hope your preview lives up to your expectations. I had so much fun with you all!
Presley, 9 months and Gabby: Nashville Baby Photographer
The Cox beauties were back this morning for another fun-filled session. One more to go and Miss Presley will be turning one!! These two are super girly and apparently even Presley is already matching big sister Gabby's attitude. Dustin and Karie--you guys are in sooo much trouble. ;)
Enjoy the preview!

Smith: Nashville Senior Photographer
Smith will graduate high school this year and needed to have his "senior portraits" done. I shot his cousin, Dakota, a couple of years ago and Smith and his mom loved that session. So, they all came in today to watch Smith see if he could top Dakota's shoot. I think it's safe to say that everyone is this family is super photogenic. Smith totally rocked it out and I love his results.
Here's his sneak peek...
