Olivia, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Olivia was back for her 9 month session and and I was loving that super cheesy grin with one tooth on top! Dad came along for the first time since her newborn session, so we got some new family shots as well as some precious photos of Olivia all by herself. I can't believe next time I see her she will be ONE!!

Those big browns get me
every.single.time.

Noah, 9 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Noah is a crawling man! He was everywhere today and wanted to explore like a typical boy. I love the scrunched up faces he was giving (mom said he learned that last week). He also loved the rocking horse that was his mom's when she was little. So cute!

Parker, 3 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Poor Parker was just having a rough time during his shoot today. We started off doing ok, but then he needed a snack break and was pretty much ready to go to sleep after that. Big brother Wrigley was also not much in the mood for photos either, but we made it work anyway!  :)

Ethan, 7 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

I haven't seen Ethan since he was only a few days old and I was dying over his curly mohawk! This little guy is a flirt and was working the camera like no other. Seriously. He is so scrumptious and I dare you not to melt when you see how cute he is in these images.  :)

Harley, 1 year: Nashville Baby Photographer

I had SO much fun with this sweet girl today. Harley will turn 1 this Saturday and we started celebrating a little early at the studio! She is so stinking cute and I loved chasing her around and making her giggle. Lots of favorites for this blue-eyed beauty.

Hope you love them, Ali and Blake!

AJ, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

I have been shooting this little guy's family for several years now, but today was the first time I got to meet him. AJ was super easy and rolled over for the first time during his session. I think we scared him because we got so excited and cheered when he did it, but that little lip was pretty dang cute.

Enjoy his preview!

Boyce, 3 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer

Boyce arrived into this world on Valentine's Day...9 days late...weighing 10.2 lbs...born by a successful VBAC!! I was so excited to meet this sweet little guy and I already adored his big sister, Mena. Little man put up a fight when we tried to get him to sleep, but after a couple hours he finally gave up.
Mom and Dad came prepared with plenty of their own items for the shoot, and it was really hard for me to narrow down favorites to post.

Enjoy!

My scale doesn't go to 10lb...  ;)

Congrats, Jessica, Brett, and Mena!
Loved seeing you all.

Emerson, 3 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Emerson was giving me some serious cuteness overload today! He is so adorable and I was loving his big, open-mouthed smiles. I do not think his session could have gone much better.  :)

Holly: Nashville Photographer

Holly needed some updated fitness shots and was back today for a quick session. She is looking better than ever and I even went to the gym after seeing her today. Thanks, Holly!  ;)

Great to see you!

Yep, Seriously Foxy on h/m again  :)

Averie's Valentines: Love Hurts

I was trying to be a crafty mom (in real life I'm not) and get a shoot done today so I could make A's valentines for her school party. The light outside this afternoon was gorgeous, so I put 3 layers of clothes on Miss Thing and went to a spot I've been wanting to shoot near my house. My husband was laughing at me telling me the wind was too cold, but I only needed 5 minutes. As soon as I took Averie's coat off, this is what happened...

Yep, I win the mother of the year award.

This shoot lasted a total of 1.37 minutes before she told me "Mooooommmy, it's too cooollllldd!!"

Back in the warm car we went where my husband was laughing hysterically. I get Averie hooked in her car seat and she asks if we can go get a milkshake. Really??

So, after feeling horrible about putting her in the cold--yes, she got a milkshake. Then I snapped some shots in our living room when we got home. The light wasn't as pretty, but she was warm and happy.

Sweet success.

We'll try that location again another day...  ;)
