Rob McKinney & Staff: Nashville Headshot Photographer

Rob McKinney is a local criminal defense attorney and he and his staff came in today for some updated headshots. They were all very laid back and super easy to work with. Rob came up with a slogan for every shot we took--too funny!

If any of you are in need of some legal help, you can check out Rob's website:

Here's a few of their shots...

The Grishams: Nashville Family Photographer

The Grisham's came in for their first family shoot with me this morning. I just fell in love with their kiddos. These boys were SO well behaved and were laughing maniacs when you just asked them to laugh.  Mom and Dad are expecting another baby in a few more months (although you totally can't tell Chrissy is preggo) and I love the jumping shot of the boys with mom's barely-there-bump.

Here's a sneak peek of their session...

Bonnie and Brian: Nashville Wedding Photographer

Bonnie and Brian should be featured in a wedding magazine. They had my favorite kind of wedding setting today--a gorgeous blue sky with lots of fluffy clouds. They were married at their church in Murfreesboro followed by a reception on the square. I was so excited that they were so willing to stick with me through the heat to get some amazing photographs. Talk about troopers--especially the guys in their suits! I think it was all worth it in the end though. I loved how Brian kept staring at Bonnie and telling her how stunning she was all day.

Congratulations again you two! I'm so happy for you both!  :)

*A cute detail--Bonnie and Brian already had the same last name before they got married. No having to deal with the name changing hassle! ;)

Ryman: Nashville Baby Photographer

Big man Ryman was back for his 3 month session this afternoon and was not too happy about it. This poor baby acted like Mom and Dad don't ever feed him...as you can see, he must be starving to death. Ha ha! We still managed to get the cutest shots of him. I just love this first image with his tongue sticking out!

See you again soon Lindsay and Brian.  :)

Carter: Nashville Child Photographer

It's been a whole year since I've seen Carter. He will be 3 next week! I was surprised that he is still crazy about trains--and luckily,  there were a few boxcars parked behind the studio today. He didn't want to sit or climb on them, so we just hung out next to them for a bit. He was such a ham and I had so much fun playing with him.

It was great to see you again Mark and April. Here's a few favorites. :)

Sadie: Nashville Newborn Photographer

I was very excited to hear that Miss Sadie was born--on her due date! I loved photographing her parents' wedding and maternity photos, so to watch their family grow is just awesome. She was the perfect model today--until she peed on Dad and pooped on Mom. She tested out my new prop (that wooden bowl) and christened it as well. Ha ha!

Congratulations again Keith and Priscilla. She's perfect!

Cade: Nashville Newborn Photographer

Cade is 12 days new and ready for his first photo shoot today. How precious is this baby boy?!? It took some coaxing and lots of feeding breaks, but we finally got him to cooperate and all of his images turned out great. Mom was really pulling for the cup shots, and after trying a couple of times and a lot of patience from Mom and Dad--we got it at the very end of the shoot!

Thanks for being troopers Jennifer and Scott. Here's your preview. :)

The Sharbers: Nashville Baby Photographer

David, Michelle, Kaden, and Kohen came in for their first shoot with me today. Little Kohen is almost 4 months old and they wanted shots of him and also some family photos. We started off great, but then Kohen was ready for his nap and passed out. I got a few shots of big brother Kaden and he finally warmed up to me at the end of the shoot. He even kissed me goodbye--such a little heartbreaker!

It was great meeting your family. I hope you enjoy your preview! :)
